AT&#038;T is ranked #9 on the Fortune 500 rankings of the largest United States corporations by total revenue.\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"cs-intro-column\">\n    <h3 class=\"h5 cs-intro-title\">Brief<\/h3>\n    We acted as a major service provider for the new CPOP (circuit preference over packet) offer platform that helped enable AT&#038;T to be a leader in the entertainment &#038; mobility consumer space.\r\n\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"cs-intro-column\">\n    <h3 class=\"h5 cs-intro-title\">Goals<\/h3>\n    Our scope included capturing domain-driven design. We coordinated with stakeholders and created a backlog of needed integrations. We needed to expand attribute support in CPC Offer integration and eligibility, power compliance mS foundation, and deliver proactive compliance integration CPC migration.\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"case-study-screenshot-section case-study-screenshot-section--dark\">\n            \n\n<section class=\"cs-point  cs-point--dark container\">\n  <div class=\"cs-point-content\">\n    <h2 class=\"h5 cs-point-title\">Challenge<\/h2>\n    <p>Overall, our implementation roadmap was initially planned for about a year. However, 1.5 years into the journey, AT&#038;T could only migrate the DTVNOW product line. The product line\u2019s performance issues led to an expanded budget, resulting in a lengthy and challenging process.<\/p>\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n    \n    \n          <\/div>\n      <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<section class=\"cs-point  cs-point--light container\">\n  <div class=\"cs-point-content\">\n    <h2 class=\"h5 cs-point-title\">Strategy and Insight<\/h2>\n    The paramount strategy throughout the build revolved around implementing a unified offer management platform that supports all product lines (wireless, OTT, DTVNOW, broadband, AT&#038;T, and VOIP).
