He started his career as an engineer at Lockheed Martin as an embedded systems engineer working on avionics and fluid dynamics. Early in his career, in 1998 he founded \u2018E-Business Anywhere\u2019, a mobile wireless start-up.&nbsp;<br><br>Mr. Karkera went on to join Tata Consultancy Services as the founder and global head of TCS Interactive. He helped TCS make its first and only design acquisition by acquiring \u2018W12 Studios\u2019 in London and integrating it successfully into the business.<br><br>He later led Wipro&#8217;s Denmark-based strategic design agency Designit as its Global CEO &amp; MD. At Designit, he successfully integrated Rational Interaction, a marketing services firm with Designit. Recently at Plus Company, he held dual roles as President of renowned San Francisco-based industrial design agency \u2014 fuseproject, as well as Global President of Plus Digital for Plus Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Quote from Leadership:<\/strong><br>&#8220;From experience design, research and testing, service design, brand strategy, creative design, content production, commerce to digital marketing, BORN XDS now cuts deep and wide.
